What marketplaces does GetNotified support?

GetNotified supports all major Amazon marketplaces across three global regions:

  • Europe (EU): Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Turkey.
  • North America (NA): USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil.
  • Far East (FE): Japan, Australia, Singapore.

How do I connect my Amazon Seller Account?

Simply open the GetNotified iOS app and tap on the login button for your specific region (EU, NA, or FE). You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to authorize the connection. Once approved, your sales data will sync automatically.

Can I track multiple Seller Accounts?

Yes! You can add multiple accounts from different regions or even multiple accounts within the same region. All your sales will be aggregated into one global dashboard.

Notifications & Settings

I am not receiving push notifications. What should I do?

Please check the following:

  • System Permissions: Go to your iPhone Settings > GetNotified and ensure „Notifications“ are allowed.
  • App Settings: Open the GetNotified app, go to Settings, and make sure the „Play Sound“ toggle is active.
  • Threshold: Check your „Alert every X Sales“ setting. If it is set to 10, you will only receive a notification for every 10th sale. Set it to 1 to get notified for every sale.

What is the „Threshold“ setting?

The Threshold setting allows you to control how often you get notified.

  • Set to 1: You get a „Ka-Ching“ for every single sale.
  • Set to 5: You get a notification only after 5 new sales have occurred.

This is useful for high-volume sellers who want to reduce notification clutter.

Does the „Ka-Ching“ sound work in Silent Mode?

Yes, on iOS, we have optimized the sound to play even if your device is in Silent Mode (depending on your system volume), so you never miss a sale. On the Chrome Extension, ensure your computer speakers are on.

How do I activate the Chrome Extension?

The Chrome Extension is a free companion feature for all users.

  • Download the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  • Log in to the mobile app first to create your account.
  • The extension will automatically sync with your account status.

Why does the Extension show „Login Expired“?

For security reasons, the connection to Amazon needs to be refreshed periodically. If you see this message, simply click „Go to Settings“ in the extension or open the mobile app to re-login to your Amazon account.

Do I need to keep the browser open?

Yes, the Chrome Extension requires your browser to be open to check for new sales and play the notification sound.

Usage & Privacy

Is GetNotified free to use?

Yes, GetNotified is completely free. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, or limits on notifications. You have full access to all features including the Chrome Extension and Home Screen Widgets.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Privacy is our top priority.

  • We only process aggregated sales numbers and Order IDs to provide the service.
  • We do not store or analyze your customers‘ personal information (PII).
  • Your Amazon credentials are never stored on our servers; we use secure OAuth tokens provided by Amazon.

Troubleshooting

My sales numbers don’t match Seller Central exactly.

GetNotified updates in near real-time, but there might be a slight delay of a few minutes compared to Seller Central. Also, ensure that your time zone settings in the app match your Seller Central time zone.
